A little about me.

Before training as a Psychotherapist, I spent some years working in advertising in London and Southeast Asia, before eventually making the decision to re-train at Regents University in integrative psychotherapy.
Integrative psychotherapy allows for different types of therapeutic modality to be used in session and offers different theoretical understanding as a means of thinking with you about whatever it is that may arise in therapy.
I work relationally, using the relationship between therapist and client as another lens of understanding how someone may relate to themselves, people in their lives and the wider world.
I work in Private Practice and in primary (GP practice) and secondary (psychiatric setting) care for the NHS. I am also trained in Mentalisation Based Therapy and accredited in this by the Anna Freud Centre, and am accredited by the UKCP and hold membership with the BACP.
